Junior Buyer  - Administrator 

The Role:

Excellent opportunity with a leading retailer.  

Ensure the accurate and timely flow of information.

Support the Buying Manager and the Category Manager in their project work and daily activities.

Role Responsibilities:

The role will include the following tasks:

• Promotions calendar  update
• Weekly retail confirmation  e.g. price changes and label requirements
• Daily promotional sales updates
• Promotional / Trade driver allocations
• Tasting updates / requirements
• Product setup adjustments / changes / verifications
• Label scan tests
• Store feedback / product queries
• New Line form set up
• Co-ordination of bi-annual range change
• Central Promotions Sheet
• Victim Lines & Positive Steps
• Track sales & waste on Meats Ends, Overall Fresh & Provisions, New Lines vs Old Lines
• Store walks
• Amends to sheets for promotion changes
• Check orders
• Category sales reporting
• Any other tasks as required

Skills and Experience Required:

• Ability to multitask  and be flexible
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong excel skills
