Online Fulfilment Offer Manager

A fantastic opportunity for an Online Fulfilment Offer Manager has arisen with a well established retailer in Co. Dublin. 

The successful candidate will lead the development of the fulfilment offer to customers (home delivery and click & collect).

The role will also look at the optimisation of the online range, through strategies and propositions that enable the full range to be viewable and shoppable online or the optimisation of margin and profit derived from that range. 

Key focus areas are the growth and profitability of the delivery offer, increasing delivery income, optimising the range satisfaction and minimising net fulfilment cost through a range of levers like pricing, product mix, fulfilment options available and customer participation in these.

This role will best suit an individual who enjoys complex problem-solving in a fast-paced environment, has outstanding commercial acumen and wants to learn about a rapidly developing retail channel.

  • Supporting the development of the fulfilment options and fulfilment service pricing on a project-by-project basis, including shaping future pricing strategy and enhancing customer appeal
  • Assisting the Strategy Manager and Business Planning Manager with business planning and prioritisation requirements, acting as a bridge across teams and projects
  • Driving and monitoring the commercial performance of fulfilment initiatives, including impact on sales, profit and asset utilisation plus customer perception and satisfaction
  • Ensuring the successful communication of stream vision across the Online team and wider business
  • Working closely with the Customer team, providing leadership on market dynamics, economic model and threats and opportunities to create and test strategic ideas and solutions to generate online loyalty, profit and growth 
  • Working collaboratively with internal teams to ensure Online benefits from the best insight and analysis available 
  • Developing and reviewing appropriate KPIs to measure performance and business plan progress 
  • Following the Business Code of Conduct and always acting with integrity and due diligence 


  • Highly developed analytical skills (quantitative and qualitative), including building business cases and financial models 
  • Strategic and commercial acumen – capable of setting ambitious yet realistic visions and strategic directions which are economically sustainable 
  • Solid awareness of competitive landscape, including performance and likely future direction
  • Track-record of driving change in cross-functional project teams and engaging / influencing senior stakeholders
  • Passion for retail and creating future solutions for consumers
  • Able to build solid working relationships with peers and senior leadership
  • Self-starter who enjoys accountability for business unit performance
