Established 17 years ago, we are excited about the future and as we continue to grow, we are now seeking a Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team on a work from home basis.

This is an opportunity for a career orientated individual with previous experience in Food, Life Sciences, FMCG or related sectors.

Responsibilities will include:

• Build and maintain long term professional relationships with existing and new clients.
• Work alongside recruitment resourcer to deliver excellent customer service.
• Present suitable candidates to client hiring managers and coordinate interviews and placements.
• Utilise our extensive databases, job boards and social media platforms.
• Create engaging ads across a number of platforms.
• Maintain up to date database ensuring current up-to-date information.

Skills and Experience required:

• 2+ years of professional experience in either recruitment, food industry or related sectors.
• 3rd level education in any field.
• Ambitious, customer focussed with a desire to develop your career in recruitment.
• Organised with excellent attention to detail.
• Team player with a positive, outgoing attitude.
• Great communication and interpersonal skills.
• Computer literacy.
