We have an exciting opportunity for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join a successful FMCG company based in Co. Kildare.

Full time, permanent opportunity

Daytime Hours - 8:30am to 5:00pm

Responsibilities:

• Engaging with HR Business Partners and Hiring Managers.

• Completing recruitment life cycle (sourcing, shortlisting, interviewing, offer preparation and onboarding).

• Creating data-driven reports to present progress.

• Ensuring compliance with any specific legislative, regulatory, or contractual requirements.

• Good understanding of employment law.

• Creating job descriptions that reflect each position’s requirements.

• Managing the exit interview process and feedback results.

• developing relationships with new and existing agencies.

• Attending job fairs and careers events.

• Supporting the HR specialist with all aspects of early careers including Summer Students, Ty Programme, Apprenticeships and Graduate Programme.

 

Experience:

• 2-3 years’ experience in a multinational environment is essential.

• A relevant qualification of a recognised body is required.

• Experience in a FMCG environment would be an advantage but not essential.

• Willingness to travel within Ireland is essential.

• Excellent focus on customer service.

• Ability to influence others both face-to-face and over the telephone.

• Extremely organised and excellent problem-solving skills.

• Excellent attention to detail.
