We are seeking someone from a Food Industry background at a supervisor level or above.

Responsibilities of a Recruitment Resourcer: 

• Work alongside Recruitment Consultant to deliver an excellent recruitment service.
• Recruitment and selection of candidates.
• Advertise engaging job ads.
• Reference Checking.
• Maintain up to date database.

Your background:

• Food Industry at supervisory or above in either Quality, Production or NPD.
• Ambitious, customer focussed with a desire to develop your career.
• Organised with excellent attention to detail.
• Team player with a positive, outgoing attitude.
• Great communication and interpersonal skills.
• Computer literacy.
