Talent Acquisition Business Partner

Purpose of the Role:

Reporting to the HR Director, the Talent Acquisition Business Partner will have full ownership of the management and delivery of Talent Acquisition activities. 

In this varied role you will work closely with key business unit managers and senior stakeholders to provide strategic and commercial Talent Acquisition support and advice, while constantly looking to implement creative Talent Acquisition strategies to hire the most talented people in the right roles at the right time. 


Role Responsibilities:

  • Managing and owning the full-cycle recruitment process.

  • Partnering with hiring managers and various business stakeholders to deliver a high quality recruitment service and hire top talent.

  • Proactively attracting high calibre candidates using creative search methods and tools.

  • Handling multiple recruitment campaigns at different stages of their lifecycle, while having the ability to manage and control candidates and vacancies.

  • Acting as an ambassador for employer brand, culture, values and mission. 

  • Using an Applicant Tracking System ensuring candidate information is updated regularly and kept in line with GDPR regulations. Build talent pools for predictive needs.

  • Scheduling and conducting interviews and feedback calls. 

  • Provide statistical analysis in order to support decision-making, and using the Talent Acquisition data to build and improve the strategy. 

  • Enhancing the Induction and On-boarding experience by managing and driving a structured and branded orientation process for new hires.

  • Involvement in various HR projects/processes/ad-hoc duties when required, as part of the wider HR team.


Key Experience and Skills needed: 

Success in the role will require the ability to communicate at all levels, superior relationship building skills, the ability to be resourceful, open-minded and thrive working within a dynamic business that has an ambitious growth agenda. 

Your proven enthusiasm, proactive attitude, resilience and creativity will be highly valued! 


The ideal candidate will possess:

  • 4+ years’ experience in full-cycle recruitment/ talent acquisition ideally in a high volume environment in a similar industry or fast-moving organisation.

  • Experience in successfully recruiting across a wide variety of business functions.

  • Excellent networker.

  • Excellent communicator, both written, verbal and presenting; ability to communicate with diplomacy and manage difficult conversations. 

  • Negotiation and persuasion skills.

  • Ability to think strategically & execute tactically.

  • Previous experience in utilizing an ATS and/or HRIS is preferred; SAP SuccessFactors working knowledge will be advantageous.

  • Solid MS Office skills particularly in Excel and PowerPoint.
