The Role:
Our client currely has an opportunity for a Warehouse Load Planner. This role reports directly into the Warehouse Manager and will be responsible for the planning, releasing of all orders and controlling documentation for customs.
Hours of work: Monday to Friday 6.30am to 3.30pm
Role Responsibilities include:
Planning of FP dispatch.
Loose case pick - chill and frozen.
Maintaining Goods Out schedule.
Collating files for Customs.
Liaising with Supply Chain and Customs departments.
Compiling daily and weekly reports for management.
Communicating regularly with Haulage companies.
Generation of delivery documents and providing to hauliers.
Key Experience and skills needed:
Self starter with the ability to work on own initiative.
Ability to work in a fast paced and busy environment.
Excellent Customer Focus.
Ability to work to Deadlines.
Good PC skills.
Highly Organised.
Excellent communication skills.
Flexible.
Team player.
Planning experience will be preferred as well as SAP working knowledge.
MS Office skills, especially in Excel.
Previous experience working within an automated warehouse.
Supervisory Experience an advantage.
